Introduction

The first manufacturing plant was built in Binh Duong Province, marking An Cuong’s official transition into a high-quality MFC board manufacturer.

The factory was expanded to 35,000 m², with significant investments in machinery from Germany and Italy, enhancing production and R&D capabilities and contributing to the development of Vietnam’s industrial wood sector.

An Cuong was transformed into a joint-stock company with charter capital of VND 240 billion. Production capacity expanded to 70,000 m², with the addition of 800 wood color codes and the achievement of CQ and Green Label certifications. Revenue increased by 1.5 times, while profit after tax grew fourfold.

An Cuong received strategic investments from Whitlam Holding Pte. Ltd and Sumitomo Forestry Singapore Ltd, strengthening corporate governance and achieving a profit-after-tax margin of 18%.

The fifth manufacturing plant commenced operations, increasing total factory and warehouse area to 240,000 m². In parallel, An Cuong launched Southeast Asia’s largest One-Stop Shopping Center, marking the beginning of its nationwide showroom system.

The nationwide distribution network expansion plan was completed. An Cuong implemented multiple digital transformation initiatives, including digital office solutions, SAP S/4HANA system upgrades, and data warehouse development.

An Cuong initiated key programs and action plans to advance sustainable development, improve energy efficiency, and reduce emissions across manufacturing and operations, in line with its commitment to the Prime Minister of Vietnam, with the goal of achieving Net Zero by 2030.
