AN CUONG IS HONORED TO SPONSOR THE “HEARTS WITHOUT DISABILITIES”

“Hearts without disabilities” is an annual program to commend the examples of people with disabilities, unlucky children, poor children, but rich in energy, to become useful people in society; at the same time, gloss to the collectives and individuals who have helped the unfortunate and the poor.

On the occasion of the 35thanniversary since the founding of the disabled people in Vietnam (April 18th, 1980 –April 18th,2015), in the afternoon of April 18th at Au Co Art Center-Ha Noi, Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Vietnam Television cooperated with Vietnam National Communications Corporation to organize the art exchange program entitled “Hearts Without Disabilities”.

This is a deeply meaningful social and humanitarian activity to continue to help and motivate people with disabilities to strive for a better life. At the same time, the program also fires for everyone, reminding everyone to do more for people with disabilities and the poor across the country.

Attending and speaking at the program, Vice President, Nguyen Thi Doan affirmed that in the past years, the Party and State have always paid the best attention to people with disabilities, expressing determination in developing thelaw on peoplewith disabilities, as well as the activities of caring for people with disabilities, encouraging the creation of favorable conditions for people with disabilities to exercise their right to equality in all areas, thereby stabilizing the life, integrating into the community, actively participating in building the country.

Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan highly appreciated the efforts of the Vietnam Association of Disabled Persons during the last 35 years and asked the Vietnam Association of Disabled Persons to continue to coordinate better with the agencies and departments concerned continue to implement the plan to support people with disabilities, promote job training, create jobs, eradicate illiteracy ... in order to maximize the potential, the ability of People with Disabilities.
