OPENNING CEREMONY OF THE BRIDGE OF KENH RANH NGAN AP 1 – MY THANH BAC COMMUNE, TIEN GIANG

On September 13th, An Cuong Wood-working Joint Stock Company cooperated with officials of My Thanh Bac Commune and Tien Giang officially inaugurated the bridge of Kenh Ranh Ngan Ap 1. The bridge was started on June 13th, 2018, passing Ngan Ap 1 canal, canal 9 and officially opened on September 02nd, 2018.

According to many people, the dream of a solid bridge for children to go to school has long been the hope and anxiety of all parents and local authorities here. Every year, when the old bridge is degraded after a large wave of water, people here can only collect wood, they shall contribute what they have, the poor only contributed a few labor days to patchwork temporarily so that the children and older people are safer. For a long time, people in My Thanh Bac have longed for a new bridge but their locality is still poor. Their living standards are low and they do not have the budget so the past few years are only patchwork temporarily.

Kenh Ranh Ngan Ap 1 Bridge completed before the flood season this year is the biggest gift that An Cuong Wood to send to relatives and is a great reward for students when the school year has just arrived. An Cuong hopes that there shall be more new bridges, so that students’ journey to school shall be closer, and the pathway to their knowledge shall be easier.
