CEREMONY TO ANNOUNCE THE LISTING AND CELEBRATE THE OFFICIAL TRADING OF ACG SHARES

After months of preparation, An Cuong Wood Working Joint Stock Company (An Cuong) has become the first company receiving the approval to be listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) in 2022. At 9am on 10th October 2022, Ceremony to announce the Listing & celebrate the First Trading Day of shares of An Cuong is taken place at HOSE. Accordingly, An Cuong registered to list 135,846,122 shares under the ticker of ACG at reference price of 67,300 VND, representing its charter capital of 9,142,444,010,600 VND.

Attending the event, there were the representatives of HOSE, Vietnam Securities Depository, An Cuong, key shareholders, consulting companies, press and public media. At the first official trading day of An Cuong, Mr. Le Duc Nghia - Chairman of the Board, said: “We believe that the listing of An Cuong shares on HOSE would bring a new investment opportunity to market. An Cuong will strive to contribute our efforts, accompany governing bodies in enhancing the integrity and transparency of capital market”.

To commemorate the historic moment of ACG shares, Mr Le Duc Nghia together with representatives of the guests participated in “Hit the gong” ceremony and signed on ceremony journal, officially announcing the trading of ACG shares on HOSE.

Established in 1994 as a trading company, An Cuong restructed and transformed into manufacturing business from 2004 with the first factory located in Binh Duong province. After almost 30 years in business, An Cuong has emerged as leading company in wood-working materials, solutions and furniture made of wood-based panels in Vietnam and SouthEast Asia. The company always presents the average growth rate of 25% - 30% in term of revenue.
