PRESS RELEASE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP EXPANSION BETWEEN AN CUONG WOODWORKING JSC AND VICOSTONE JSC

Ho Chi Minh City, April 22, 2026 – An Cuong Wood - Working Joint Stock Company (An Cuong) and Vicostone Joint Stock Company (Vicostone) officially held a strategic partnership expansion signing ceremony at An Cuong One-Stop Shopping Center HCM (279 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

The ceremony was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Chief Executive Officer of An Cuong, and Mr. Pham Tri Dung, Chief Executive Officer of Vicostone, along with senior representatives from both companies.

With over two decades of collaboration, An Cuong and Vicostone have closely partnered in brand development and market expansion in Vietnam. Building on this strong foundation, the two companies will further strengthen their collaboration across three key pillars.

Second, brand visibility enhancement: An Cuong wood-working panels and Vicostone surfaces will be jointly showcased across showroom systems, franchise showrooms, and dealer networks nationwide, enhancing customer accessibility and in-person experience.

Third, co-branded communication initiatives: both companies will roll out campaigns such as “Leading Brands with Local Experts,” “Leading Brands Supporting Education,” and “Leading Brands for Project Development,” aiming to foster community engagement and support sustainable industry growth.

Through this renewed partnership, An Cuong and Vicostone reaffirm their commitment to delivering integrated material solutions, setting new benchmarks for Vietnam’s interior and architectural industry, and strengthening engagement with architects, designers, and partners—contributing to the sustainable growth of the market.
